3-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Provider

This 3-Year Limited Warranty for Products ("Warranty") is provided by JIASHAN KAMO DIANZISHANGWU Co. ltd ("we", "us", or "our") for products purchased through our online store.

 

Warranty Period

The Warranty covers the original purchaser for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"), and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

 

Product Coverage

This Warranty applies to our products, including but not limited to, ink cartridges, toner cartridges, and labels ("Product"), sold through our online store.

 

What Is Covered

We warrant the product against defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for the warranty period. This includes cartridges that cannot be recognized or cannot be used due to the printer's firmware updates. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by us within the warranty period, we will, at our option, either (1) exchange the product with a new one or (2) refund the purchase price of the product.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty does not cover:

Products without proof of purchase.

JIASHAN KAMO DIANZISHANGWU Co. ltd is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory.

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Product was purchased.
