Returns and Refunds


If you receive a defective product, please notify our staff immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that are worn, damaged, or used due to customer error, including discovering the wrong product was purchased after it was opened.

To initiate a return, kindly email our support team. Once your request is approved, you'll be asked to send the items back to our global warehouse in Spain. Please be aware that any shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the purchaser.



We stand by a 30-day, hassle-free refund policy. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return the product within 30 days from the date you received it. Upon receiving your returned product in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, and unused with all original packaging), we will promptly process your refund. However, should any items be damaged or missing from your return, the refund might be affected.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning a product, and these costs are non-refundable.
