Your item arrives damaged.

Your item faces delivery issues, such as non-delivery or loss during transit.

How to Return Your Item and Receive Your Refund with Kamo Purchase Protection

Apply for a Return

Contact us via info@kamo.ink, or

1.Go to Orders.

2.Find the order you want to return and click 'Return'

Once your return application is approved by us, the return will be processed.

Prepare your Return

Note: If your item arrives damaged or faces delivery issues, such as non-delivery or
loss during transit, you can skip this step.

 1.Place the item inside the original Kamo packaging

2.Attach your Return Label to the outside of the Kamo packaging.

3.Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. Make a note of the Waybill Number to track your return

4.When your package is collected or dropped off, make sure you ask the courier to scan the label so you can track your return.

Get Refunded

If your order qualifies for Kamo Purchase Protection, you'll receive a refund for your item(s). You can choose to receive the refund as Kamo credit or back to your original payment method. A confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed.
