How do I place an order on your website?

Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, continue via guest checkout

2. Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search from catalog

3. Select your desired item and click Add To Cart or Buy It Now. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout

Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order. However, please note that modifications are only possible before we begin preparing your order. Once preparation has started, changes might not be feasible.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

The delivery charge depends on the size, weight, and destination of your selected items. However, we're pleased to offer Free Delivery for orders that total more than 39.99€ - Learn More. Once you proceed to checkout, the exact delivery fee for your order will be displayed.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

After your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days. Our warehouse is located in Spain, and we use DHL or UPS for delivery. The delivery time varies between 2-5 business days, depending on your location. As soon as each item is shipped, we'll send you an email containing tracking information along with an estimated delivery date.

Additionally, you can always monitor your order's status by visiting the 'Orders' section in your account.

I didn't receive my invoice with my order. Where can I find it?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is Kamo’s returns policy?

At Kamo, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds for items returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date, with the exclusion of delivery costs. Please ensure that all returned items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. If any items are found damaged or missing from your return, this may affect the full refund amount.

Once we've processed your return, our payment provider will notify you via the email address you used at checkout. If your purchase was made using cryptocurrency, once the refund is approved and claimed by you, the amount should reflect in your wallet on the same business day. However, do note that the exact timing may vary based on blockchain congestion.

How do I return my item?

Here’s what you need to do:

Contact us via info@kamo.ink, or

1.Go to Orders.

2.Find the order you want to return and click Return

Once your return application is approved by us, the return will be processed.

Prepare your return

1. Place the item inside the original Kamo packaging

2. Attach your Return Label to the outside of the Kamo packaging.

3. Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. Make a note of the Waybill Number to track your return

4. When your package is collected or dropped off, make sure you ask the courier to scan the label so you can track your return.

When will I receive my refund?

You can track your return by using the tracking number assigned to your Return Label. Once your return has been received by our brand, it can take up to 6 calendar days to process. As soon as it's accepted, we'll send you a confirmation email.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This can take up to 7 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

INVOICE

Can I request an invoice for my purchase?

Yes! We are more than happy to provide an invoice for any purchases made on our website.

How can I request an invoice?

To request an invoice, please:

1. Log in to your account on our website.

2. Click on "Support" > "Request an Invoice".

3. Fill in any necessary details required for the invoice, such as your order ID or VAT number (if applicable).

4. Submit your request.
